    Finding Fruitations drink syrups was a home run for the cocktail program of La Grande Boucherie, Olio e Piu and Omakase Room in NY, DC, Miami and Chicago. I am always looking for products with an honest story, ideally all natural, made by real people on a small scale, and if possible, within our extended local community. Fruitations is all of these things in a reasonably priced bottle. Most importantly they are consistent, the flavors are clean and really distill the essence of their fruit.

Meet our Founder

Founder Allison, proudly displaying Fruitations to local bartenders and restaurant owners, wearing a Fruitations shirt smiling while holding a shaker bottle, standing near bottles of fruit soda on a shelf.

In 2013, Allison crafted a drink syrup in her kitchen with ingredients on hand: fruit, pure cane, and water. This homemade cranberry syrup delivered a spectacular soda-cran, and sure enough, an exceptional vodka-cran.

The craft cocktail world was exploding and Allison introduced Fruitations® to retailers at The NY Fancy Food Show. She soon began delivering her syrups from the trunk of her car to restaurants across Greater Boston. Cranberry, Grapefruit & Tangerine were followed by Cherry, developed for Crate & Barrel, and Ginger, crafted for Compass Box Whisky’s national Penicillin cocktail program.

Fruitations is the best drink mixer around. Each flavor is always made by hand, still and only with those same 3 ingredients.
