Meet our Founder

Founder Allison, proudly displaying Fruitations to local bartenders and restaurant owners, wearing a Fruitations shirt smiling while holding a shaker bottle, standing near bottles of fruit soda on a shelf.

Allison crafted a drink syrup in her kitchen with ingredients on hand: fruit, pure cane, and water. This homemade cranberry syrup delivered a spectacular soda-cran, and sure enough, an exceptional vodka-cran.

The craft cocktail world was exploding when Allison introduced Fruitations® to retailers at The NY Fancy Food Show. She soon began delivering her syrups from the trunk of her car to restaurants throughout Greater Boston. Cranberry, Grapefruit & Tangerine were followed by Cherry, developed for Crate & Barrel; Ginger, crafted for Compass Box Whisky’s national Penicillin cocktail program; and most recently, Key Lime.

Fruitations is the best drink mixer around. Each flavor is always made by hand, still and only with those same 3 ingredients. Taste the difference.
